At KOOKAÏ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your items within 21 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and hygiene stickers remain intact.

  Label and Post

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue your exchange within 5-7 business days.
